Pottery Class: Carved Sgraffito Tiles set of 6- 2.5 Hrs
GROUP CLASS: 5 max
Level- Beginner
In this pottery class you’ll be hand building a set of six decorative carved tiles. The tiles will be pre made ready for you to paint in a variety of clay based coloured slips before carving your own design into the damp clay. Designs are provided for you to copy or you can bring your own ideas to the class. After they’ve been fired your work with be over-glazed in clear gloss.
This pottery class is taught in 1 session totally 2.5 hrs.
Due to their delicate nature tiles may warp in the kiln.
Tile size- 10cm x 10cm x 0.8cm

What’s included: Pricing includes the cost of all materials and firing.
Collection of work: Most pieces are ready in about 3 weeks after your class has finished, but please be patient as fewer classes are taking place the longer it will take me to fill the kiln for firing.
Payments: All workshops must be paid for in advance via the website.
Cancellation and refunds: If you wish to cancel your place on a workshop you must do so at least 10 days before it starts to receive a full refund. Cancellation must be made in writing or email. If you cancel your place less than 10 days before your workshop starts, you will only receive a refund of 50%. Alternatively you can reschedule and book onto another equivalent workshop.
